New Ernst Grube Magdeburg Stadium (in STI format) was released at ma-sc.net. FC Magdeburg is a small team playing in the 3rd division, and their stadium looks very nice. Also at ma-sc.net you can find new rosters, 2GK kits, flags, adboards and sounds for FC Magdeburg.
The Crowd Waving Flags Patch adds the waving flags to the crowd, like in FIFA 2003. This patch was made by Lior Yaffe and you can download it at FIFA IL's Download Source.
It's been months in the works amd now the new and improved FIFA CONCACAF has been launched.
The guys have been working hard to provide you with a one-stop shop experience for all your CONCACAF news and FIFA gaming needs. They've expanded their news by adding zone-specific pages. So now you can take a trip over to their North America, Central America, and Caribbean pages.

New collection of 28 2GK kits (and minikits) for all EURO 2004 teams has been released at FIFA X. Ariel's 2GK Kit Raptor is required for installation. The patch itself is 6 MB large and you may download it from FIFA X Downloads.
The guys at FIFA Hungary have released the brand new HSP 2004 Light Edition. It’s a patch that brings the whole Hungarian League - the Arany Ászok Liga - to FIFA 2004. The patch includes:
All the 12 teams of the Hungarian 1st division with correct rosters and strategies
Correct features of the players (height, weight, etc.)
Ingame flags and badges
2GK home, away and goalkeeper kits
2GA adboards for all teams
The patch uses an easy-to-use install program, what also allows you to uninstall the patch later.
FIFA Hungary are also planning to release new addons for the patch soon, just like menu backgrounds, menu graphics, training kits, new fontstyles on the kits, 2nd division and unique adboards for all teams.

FIFA ECP released some versions of their fantastic Auf Schalke Arena Stadium. The original (released earlier) versions were dedicated to the UCL final, these new versions are for Schalke 04 team.
The long awaited update for the FIFA 2004 Creation Centre has just been released by EA SPORTS. Here is what's new in Version 1.1:

CC uses the correct DB file for different languages. Eg. ENG.DB for English, SPA.DB for Spanish etc… (also language setting is read from locale.ini if exists)
Free Agents list remains sorted after a player is selected from the list
User is prompted for a team to add a new player when no team is currently selected.

Face Manager: Shows all the face IDs and the players assigned to. Face Manager can be accessed from View menu or on Player Attributes Form.
New graphics can be imported to the game. These include: Kits - Third kits, GK kits, training kits etc... 2GK kits are supported
Specific faces. Corresponding hair and headshape files in FSH format must be include to work.
Banners and Flags. Make sure Generic Banners field is unchecked.
Files to be import can be in BMP, JPG or FSH format
Import Chants: Chant files have to be converted to ASF format using DittyImporter before imported to the game.

The very first non-ECP stadium in Stadium Installer STI package format has just been released at FIFA CZ. It's Toyota Arena, the home stadium of AC Sparta Prague. The package includes two versions of the stadium: day version for league matches and night version for the UEFA Champions League. This stadium was created by Jiri Adamec and it can be downloaded from FIFA CZ Downloads Centre.

FIFA ECP did it again! They released another great stadium at their webpage (it's fourth new stadium a last few days). Today you can download Panathinaikos' home stadium Leoforos, which is one of the most famous Greek stadiums. This stadium was made by Nikos, and of course it is available as an STI package for Stadium Installer.
The guys at SoccerGameZ released the first add-on for our Low Countries Patch 2004. This add-on has been given the subtitle "National Teams" and contains 11 national teams. The basic add-on (46.8MB) includes a new tournament of Portugal, Brazil, Argentina, Turkey, Mexico, Germany, France, Spain, USA, Belgium and Holland national teams. Installation of Low Countries Patch 2004: Holland Casino Eredivisie is required. There is also a sound add-on available which includes national anthems for all updated national teams. This add-on weighs approximately 10MB.

FIFA ECP released another great stadium: Arena Auf Schalke, the home of FC Schalke 04. Also the UEFA Champions League final will take place at this stadium. The stadium is available in two different versions with open and closed roof. ECP Stadium Installer is required, stadium was made by Schwenker.

The problem causing the game to crash has been identified mainly due to the face .o file sizes, as in FIFA 2003. As the big files only allow a certain amount of data, adding faces that are bigger then the original cause problems, especially when adding lots of them. Too much memory is being used and the game crashes as it cannot handle it anymore.
Mohamed El Tanany (Bico) has released the biggest Egyptian patch since FIFA 97, the Dawry Vodafone (Egyptian League). Everything is edited to simulate the actual Egyptian league atmosphere!

C'mon my French friends, we need more of you to put your name down for the the upcoming Paris chant recording sessions!
EA France have emailed me looking to get in contact with people from France who are interested in attending chant recording sessions in Paris from March 15 to 19 included. You would be joined by other French football fans and asked to chant a variety of club songs from both the French first division and second division. These chants would be used in FIFA 2005.
